Apparently Harmony starts filming on a new project next month in Nashville. From Val Kilmer's Tumblr:

I am about to create an experimental film with Harmony Korine here in Nashville, where we are rehearsing and where we will film on the 11th of August in a roller skating rink. I will be playing Hector. Harmony says of the character, “I don’t know if he’s ‘crazy’ - I don’t know if I know what that word means anymore… He’s the WORST motivational speaker on earth. That’s for sure.” We went last night to visit Dan Auerbach and friends, of BLACK KEYS fame. He was recording a beautiful woman’s record, but I didn’t catch her name. We soaked up the soul- but not even NASHVILLE’S finest can save HECTOR- motivational speaker sponsored by the -LOTUS COMMUNITY CENTER- (the current title, for our experimental film).
Harmony and I met a couple of years ago in New York with his lovely wife Rachel, and have been talking about a project ever since. This looney monologue is the first opportunity that materialized.

Harmony is hilarious. He views the downtrodden and hard luck cases without judgement, or makes a real effort not to, and is courageous in not giving in to the temptation that a character has to be only good, or bad…

So, What topics would you like to hear my doofus motivational speaker speak about? Harmony and I will review the answers, and lucky inquisitors could have their questions featured in the film. I am trying to work out a regular time to call winners personally, and answer them in character. If we have permission from you, we may use the recordings in the film. Dont’ be gross, but silly and colorful is good, like cotton candy.

We film in Nashville. I love Nashville. Apparently we had kin that owned a big farm long ago, but we lost it. Any one know any Kilmer history out there about the folks from the south?

It's on IMDb as Lotus Community Workshop. There's a full cast and crew listed there too. As well as Kilmer, Rachel Korine is in it as well as singer Leslie Mills. The cinematographer is Chris Blauvelt who has worked as a camera operator/assistant on I'm Still Here and movies by van Sant, Baumbach, Jonze and Fincher. The editor is Leo Scott again and some of the other crew looks familiar as well.

Director Harmony Korine added: “I’m really excited to make a film with Grolsch Film Works. It’s a great chance to experiment and make something amazing.
“The idea of these three films working together under one central idea is great. I think it’s gonna turn out really nice. I’m very excited about it.”

His leading-man Val Kilmer, who will next be seen in Francis Ford Coppola’s Twixt, added: “I’ve never been more nervous during a comedy, and I’ve truly never been treated with more respect and pure love.”

Val said: "He wrote me the role of a lifetime. Truly. He loves to make mistakes. He makes the actor love to make them with him. I would die for him."

Found this report on this piece that gives a clearer outline of this project.

An award-winning Russian director, Aleksey Fedorchenko, is experimenting with the fourth dimension in an international project also involving filmmakers from America and Poland, such as Harmony Korine and Jan Kwieciński.

Their co-production is set to become the first movie created in the framework of the Grolsch Film Works and VICE Films project – a global initiative launched earlier this year, in April, aimed at supporting up-and-coming independent filmmakers.

The theme has been proposed by the head of the project, Eddy Moretti, the creator of Heavy Metal in Baghdad, who was quoted as saying that the challenge is to carry out a cinematic experiment using unique methods of narration and imagery.

The filmmakers are expected to work on creating their exciting characters living in surreal worlds, developing the concept of a fourth dimension.

Fedorchenko, the author of Silent Souls, the Russian drama about life and death, which picked up a roster of international awards, including the coveted "Ozella" prize for Best Cinematography at the Venice Film Festival, was quoted as saying that he liked the ideal of the “4-dimensional” project because of its “adventurous and daring approach, in the good sense of the word.”
