I cant see a non-fan really being pulled into the Germs by this film, as it really doesnt illustrate how important they were or make a claim that supports Darby's personal magnetism. I'd recommend LEXICON DEVIL, the Feral House oral history of the Germs that came out if you want to know more about em. i saw the reconstituted germs with shane west singing back in 2006 or 7 and it was a lot of fun, for a purely nostalgic exercise
