Hello

I'm Kayla... I'm 18. I moved to Chicago in the fall and now I study cinematography here. I like writing and reading... I wish I could get my hands on a crackup at the race riots without having to pay $195

I created, run and do music videos for Indigo Children ( http://myspace.com/Indigochildrenalbumart )

Currently I've been listening to a lot of Olivia Tremor Control and Wavves

Lets put it this way- I've been real. I've been all real , lived this shit, wrecked my mind out with drugs and alcohol, and Ive been to jail. All my friends have jail tattoos. All of them. Jail tattoos of tears, ships, quadrants of my friends rounded up and raped at gunpoint in the sweaty bathroom at the Jack N the Box near the Englewood Forum. Blacklisted celebrity cell phone numbers and #ss numbers and credit card information(s). 241 187 2276 But shh...Anyway check this shit out: I went to the Soul Train awards and met a few celebrities there too. Runaways who joined the industry early so that it could break their brain easier than it takes us olda moTherfuckers' brains. Stop the beat a minute. I wanna tell you this shit RIGHT now while this weed is in me.

Sorry everybody, Im just super high.

I'm new 'round here.

Oh yeah, my name's N.

hello,
i'm eglė, i'm 17, i'm from lithuania, the most borring country on earth, where nothing happens, and the place from which Jonas Mekas and Jurgis Mačiūnas came. i have a terrible fish phobia. i like watching films, listening music, reading and sometimes i don‘t. and i like sleeping. i have insomnia, so i have to drink sleeping pills, which may kill a horse, so i'm sleeping like a dead horse. i'm smoking since i'm 13 and that's horrible even for me. i like kitsch, french and czech new wave. that's all (and probably too much) about me.
regarldful regards

Hello, my name is Lars Moede, I am 19 years-old, and live in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I started to really get into film a couple of years ago when I saw There Will Be Blood, I was then lead by Paul Thomas Anderson films and recommendations based off of my favorable ratings of his films on Netflix and then ended up here loving Harmony Korine, Michael Haneke, Lars von Trier and Todd Solondz. I now love discovering new films and want to make a film in the style of Harmony Korine's, but I mainly love being behind the camera and I've been hoping I could become a cinematographer. I'm currently collaborating with a friend from a Film Crew Technician class I took for half a year at my community college, unfortunately, he's into Scorsese stuff and probably wouldn't understand Korine's work... but that's another story. I am now taking Introduction to Media as a prerequisite for Digital Video Editing and French at my community college. My favorite films are, in order, Gummo, Run Lola Run, Baraka, Funny Games, Julien Donkey-Boy, and Storytelling. I'm glad to be here and I cannot wait for Trash Humpers.

Really? I didn't know that, maybe Scorsese isn't that bad after all. ;) I'll see it now. Thank you.

What have you got against Scorsese? He was one of the greatest, when he was on coke.

To be honest, I've only seen The Departed and I hated it, it was way too fast and vulgar for my taste. But I've recently seen clips of Taxi Driver and it looks a lot slower and more disturbing and I've been wanting to see it lately.
