it went well. People i didn't know showed up which was surprising....i just hope i can find some outlet to show it. If it doesn't' get into any important film festivals i probably just end up putting it up online for free, maybe word of mouth would be the best thing for it...

no but its 52 minutes so i don't think it would qualify as a short film tho....

what festivals do you plan on submitting to?

so far i've only submitted to SXSW and the New Jersey Super 8mm film festival... still waiting on their decision. probably some other doc fests too...you know any good ones?

well man its all about which one is going to be right for your film. a lot of filmmakers spend money on sending to the wrong kinds of festivals.

cleveland international film festival is actually a pretty big one.
tribeca film fest
seattle international film festival might be into it.

are you using 'withoutabox' ? its a great tool.

i've been editing a new short that will have all the audio stripped, but these two clips made me giggle, so i made them into separate shorts. then i decided to share them here, so that they can be called "not funny".
